As expected, the answer for the latest daylong meltdown at Advanced Access was simply the following post by Customer Support:
“We’d like to thank you for your patience and let you know that all services are back up and running at this time.”
No explanation, no reason given for the downtime, no guarantee that the same thing that caused this downtime won’t happen again, no one stepping up to the plate and saying “We screwed up when we installed this or that”, and not even an apology! They are wearing down many agents ‘patience’ as even more are indicating their plans to leave Advanced Access.
