10.04.07 New Month - Same Crap!
Well, a few months have gone by since Black (Out) Monday at Advanced Access occured and this blog was started. As usual, many of the agents with sites hosted by Advanced Access were reassured on a regular basis that all was going smoothly and they were still working out some minor bugs. Starting Wednesday evening and continuing into today, many of Advanced Access sites were down again or loading slowly. The only response from Customer Support was that they were aware of it and that they were putting 100% of their available manpower into correcting the problem. Is there anyone at Advanced Access that knows what the problem even is? If so, would YOU please step up and post on the forums rather than the talking heads that continue to try to snowball us?
Is it any wonder that there are more and more posts on the AA forum requesting information on how to “CANCEL MY SITE?” ? The funny thing is, even these posts go unanswered for several days. How long can AA stay in business running what was once a great company into the ground? Anybody care to post their estimate?

!00% of their available manpower must not be much, or anyone at all. Guess that department works 8-5.
What amazes me is that it is only the same select clients that even know there are continual problems. AA apparently does not care about the few that leave every month.. In fact, that may be their game plan to get rid of those who know so the rest won’t know? Anyway, I will grant them their wish…they will be seeing another one leave the flock soon… Too bad as I learned a lot and made some friends on the forum along the way. The way now is a different path…
