Advanced Access experiencing technical difficulty

With Sunday coming to an end and no Customer Service reps to be found on the forums, and sites still acting up along with the IDX being down most of the day, the posts just keep piling on with issues like:

Website not accessible
WEB SITE DOWN
WEB SITE DOWN AGAIN!
Problems with customer service
Quick Homes takes a day off, too
UPDATE: Service Interruption (last response was 10/4/07 from CS)

and the regular request for:
Whats the update on 4.0? (a thread that originated back in January!!)

What will Monday bring? Probably the typical “At this time we are experiencing technical difficulty with many of our main products and services. Rest assured that 100% of our resources are devoted to solving these issues as soon as possible.” canned response we are being fed on a regular basis!
